Prices in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. "eBay lookups" are live searches and refreshes; Market Insights and other pages built from SoldPulse's own history don't use them.
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, confirm your email, and once your account is approved (usually within a day) you get every tool for 7 days. No card is needed. We remind you before it ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
The tools pause until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted. If no plan is chosen within 7 days the account is suspended, and choosing a plan reactivates it straight away with everything you saved.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Your plan → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: ask within 14 days of your first payment, on any plan, for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Who handles payment?
Our reseller Paddle, the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, adds the right sales tax or VAT for your country and sends your invoice.
Which eBay sites does SoldPulse cover?
eBay UK, US and Australia for research. The free Fee Calculator also covers Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Canada.
