These terms are an agreement between you and SoldPulse (“SoldPulse”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the SoldPulse website, the SoldPulse app, and its free tools (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What SoldPulse is
SoldPulse is a research tool for eBay sellers. It shows live eBay listing data, the sold-quantity changes we record over time, fee and margin calculations, and related tools. SoldPulse is an independent product and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. “eBay” is a trademark of eBay Inc., used here only to describe what the service works with.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to create an account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything done with your account.
- An account is for one person. Don't share your login or let others use your account.
- New accounts may be reviewed before they're activated, and we can decline a sign-up.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Free trial: a new account gets 7 days of full access to every tool, starting when we approve it. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, the research tools are locked until you choose a paid plan; your saved data is kept, and the free public tools stay available. We may limit trials to one per person.
- Paid plans are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and its Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Each plan has usage limits (such as daily lookups, tracked products and AI actions), shown on the pricing page and in your account.
- If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or access the service by automated means, or try to get around its usage limits;
- resell, redistribute or publish data from the service as a dataset or a competing product;
- use the service to break eBay's rules, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or break the law;
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or anything containing malware;
- try to access other users' data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service.
5. The data and its limits
SoldPulse's numbers come from eBay's public APIs and from snapshots we record over time. They can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, for example when a listing changes between snapshots or eBay's data is inaccurate. Figures we estimate are labelled as estimates. The fee calculator uses a rate table we maintain by hand and may not reflect a very recent eBay fee change. VeRO and restricted-item checks are a helpful signal, not a guarantee that an item is safe to sell.
Nothing in SoldPulse is financial, legal or tax advice. You're responsible for your own sourcing, pricing and listing decisions, and for following eBay's policies.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add to SoldPulse, such as notes, saved searches, listing templates and uploaded images. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Images you upload for listing templates are available to anyone who has their link, because eBay and your buyers need to load them from your listings.
7. Our service
We work to keep SoldPulse available and accurate, but it's provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, add or remove features, including the free tools, and we don't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The SoldPulse name, logo, software and design belong to us.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using SoldPulse and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is used for fraud. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SoldPulse isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, sales or data, arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make based on it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let account holders know before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using SoldPulse after a change, you accept the new terms.
