Tracked Products is your watchlist. From the moment you track a listing, SoldPulse keeps a history of its price and sold total, so you see how fast it really sells, not just its lifetime figure.
Adding products
- Click Track on any listing in Search, Store Analyzer, Niche Analysis or Discover. Track all in Store Analyzer adds a whole page.
- Or use Add by URL and paste an eBay listing link.
The Recent column: real sales since you started
The Recent column is the exact number sold between the first and latest time SoldPulse recorded the item; hover it for the dates. It needs roughly a day of history, and shows Collecting data until then. The tooltip also scales it to an estimated rate per week and per month, which is handy for comparing items tracked for different lengths of time. The "min. est. sales per month" filter uses that rate.
Each product's price and sales history is also shown as a chart.
Keeping it fresh
A tracked item gets a new reading whenever it turns up in SoldPulse's regular market scans or in a search. To be sure everything is current, press Refresh, or select a few rows and refresh only those (quicker, and it uses less of your daily allowance). Refreshing every day or two gives the Recent column steady data. A refresh also raises alerts in the bell icon when a price drops or sales jump.
Organising
- Folders: group products by idea, supplier or stage ("testing", "ordered"). Deleting a folder never untracks its items.
- Favorites: star the ones that matter; they also appear on the Favorites page with your watched sellers and saved searches.
- Set a category per product, filter by title or folder, and Export CSV the whole filtered list.
- The Source button searches AliExpress, Alibaba, Amazon or Google for the product, with a keyword you can edit.
Track your own listings and your closest competitors' side by side. If theirs keep selling and yours don't, look at price, photos and title before blaming demand.
